Our E Series convection comes standard with 5 racks and 13 positions and is available on either gas or electric. The fully porcelain cavity compliments the painted top and sides while the independent door opens to the full-sized cavity.
The E Series comes with a single-deck version comes and 26″ high legs. The stackable, double-deck version comes with 6″ high legs and a standard depth cavity. Designed with performance and economy in mind, the E Series is a great option for a commercial convection oven on a budget.
