Hot Cold Freeze
HotColdFreeze™ provides both versatility and flexibility for your operation by allowing you to operate any well in Hot, Cold, or Freeze modes. Mix and match modes for ultimate menu flexibility.
Flush Mount Cold Pan
The Flush Cold Pan is available with or without the wedge kit and retains NSF7 cold holding capability while bringing the food closer to guests.
DRI-Channel Hot Holding
The DRI-Channel™ technology provides heat from three sides with each channel being independently controlled to deliver optimal holding temperatures.
Drop-In
Modular efficiencies, with a custom feel. Thurmaduke serving lines use modular body construction that allows all of the design and finish options of our custom serving line.

These units feature heavy-gauge steel exterior housing with individual thermostatic compartment controls, indicator lights and a master switch. Can be ordered with 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 wells.

These units include copper coil refrigeration, 1″ cast brass drain, a remote mounted on/off switch, and feature a 5-year warranty on the compressor.
Drop-In Deep
Choose from our wide range of 5″ and 8″ deep cold pans. Available in lenghts from 18″ to 88″.
Slide-In Electric
These units feature heavy-gauge steel exterior housing with individual thermostatic compartment controls, indicator lights and a master switch. Can be ordered with 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 wells.
Slide-In Gas
For those who prefer a less expensive alternative to electrically heated wells, we offer one to six-well models that utilize your choice of natural gas or propane.
