For Re-Hires
- New employees are eligible for Duke Insurance benefits the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment. (Unless you were hired within 13 weeks of your last full time termination)
- Complete your 401k and Life Insurance beneficiary forms if you have not already and submit these documents to HR.
- Every full-time employee is offered additional life insurance coverage should they choose to pay for it.
- Duke (Full Time) Rehires will either need to go to the Fidelity website or call Fidelity to start 401k contributions.
