Duke will continue to deduct benefit premium payments from your payroll check while you are receiving them however any premiums that cannot be deducted from your check must be paid directly to Duke. Benefit payments should be paid no later than the 1st of the month for the following month. To view benefit premium payments due please pull up the “Employee Paid” section of your last full payroll check. Reminder: You are not required to pay towards your 401k or charity while you are out on leave.

Delinquency or failure to pay benefit premium payments may cause coverage to be canceled and/or ineligibility for Cobra coverage.
